What are Collagen Peptides and Why I use it Everyday!

Collagen Peptides is all the rage right now! Since adding collagen into my diet a few years ago I have noticed a HUGE difference in my hair, skin and nails! Some of the benefits I have noticed are, shinier, longer hair, stronger nails, fuller skin, less wrinkles (yes, I have wrinkles at 27!)
